AI Senior Product Manager
Department: AI
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Bangalore - India

Description
About us:
Hiver is a modern, AI-driven customer service platform used by companies across healthcare, finance, logistics, education, and technology. We help teams deliver fast, human support across email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, and more — without the complexity of legacy helpdesks.
We’re a challenger brand in a category dominated by over-engineered tools. We build software that is simple, powerful, and genuinely helpful, and we operate internally with that same philosophy. If you want meaningful ownership, thoughtful teammates, and work that ships, Hiver is a great place to do it.
Opportunity:
We’re seeking a driven Senior Product Manager who will lead the ideation, delivery, and optimization of AI‑powered features within our product. You’ll focus on executing high‑impact AI functionality under strategic guidance from the Head of AI, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to ship features that meaningfully improve customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Own the full product lifecycle of specific AI features: ideation → discovery → spec → launch → adoption → post‑launch refinement → business outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions
- Define success metrics (e.g., adoption, accuracy, usage), monitor performance, and iterate based on data
- Act as the liaison for Customer Success, GTM, Sales, and Marketing during feature rollout
- Stay sharp on the AI/LLM landscape (LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) to influence what and how we build
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What we are looking for?
- 7–9 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of product management experience in AI feature delivery
- Proven ability to deliver ML/AI features in fast‑moving environments
- Strong data‑oriented mindset; comfortable crunching, analyzing, and massaging large volumes of product and business data to drive insight
- Hands‑on familiarity with AI tooling (e.g., OpenAI APIs, vector stores, prompt frameworks, Generative AI ecosystem)
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to write clear PRDs, specs, and user stories
- A proactive, analytical mindset with strong user empathy
Nice to Have:
- Experience building support, email automation, or collaboration products
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, Pinecone, or other LLM ecosystems
- Background in data privacy, bias mitigation, or AI ethics
- Familiarity with a scripting language, e.g., Python
