Internship - IT Business Analyst (B2B)

You will learn the full business-to-business (B2B) integration lifecycle. You will also explore AI tools and develop solutions that increase productivity and enhance user experience in the B2B area.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• AI & Innovation: Explore and apply AI tools in actual use cases, specifically developing Generative AI solutions that leverage B2B partner information.
• Application Development & Maintenance: Improve, develop, and maintain in-house applications designed to support and streamline B2B activities.
• B2B Operations & Industry Knowledge: Gain hands-on experience in daily B2B operations, the full B2B implementation lifecycle, cloud integration, and emerging trends within the B2B industry.
• Technical Integration Skills: Learn and use enterprise application integration (EAI) tools specific to Infineon's technology ecosystem.Internship Learning Outcomes:
• B2B Integration Lifecycle: Learn the B2B integration lifecycle, from requirement gathering and specification design to data mapping and testing.
• Operational Experience: Gain hands-on experience supporting daily B2B operations, with exposure to different process areas in the hi-tech industry (Source, Make, Deliver).
• Integration Tools: Become familiar with an enterprise application integration tool used at Infineon.
• Professional Skills: Strengthen interpersonal, communication, and project management skills through cross-functional collaboration with other IT departments.
• AI Application: Explore AI tools and apply them to actual business use cases.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Technical Foundation: Knowledge of programming and a basic understanding of databases. Experience with AI tools is an added advantage.
• Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Learning Mindset: Eager to learn, keen to explore new things, and ready to contribute new ideas.
• Availability: Able to commit to 8 months/ 1 year internship starting May 2027
