Job Summary:

The OJT will support the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (BIDA) team in developing data-driven solutions for business and manufacturing operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, and digitalization projects, including dashboards, data pipelines, exploratory analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Support the extraction, cleaning, transformation, and integration of data from different business and manufacturing data sources.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines and automated workflows.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and potential improvement opportunities.
  • Help translate business and operational requirements into data and analytics solutions.
  • Support data validation, testing, and quality checks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of reports and datasets.
  • Assist in documenting data sources, processes, workflows, dashboards, and developed solutions.
  • Coordinate with BIDA team members and relevant stakeholders in gathering requirements and validating project outputs.
  • Participate in ongoing analytics, digitalization, and process improvement projects.
  • Prepare and present project findings, progress updates, and completed outputs to the team and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related programs.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, databases, programming, or business intelligence is preferred.
  • Willing to learn and work with different data, analytics, and technology platforms.
  • Able to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
