Our client is a software development and digital solutions company serving clients across the FinTech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. The company has successfully delivered 20+ innovative products across 5 international markets, including Brazil, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The company is now launching a new project in Georgia.

⟢  Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with product managers and business teams to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of product requirements.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and propose product improvements.
  • Analyze user behavior and transaction data to evaluate product performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Support the QA team during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously improve documentation processes and internal workflows.

⟢ Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech/product or E-commerce company.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, online shopping workflows, and customer journey optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and concise documentation (BRD, PRD, user flows, etc.).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Nice to Have:     

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Background in UX research or product analytics.
