About the role
The manager will lead client projects and teams while overseeing the development of data pipelines and large-scale data processing. Responsibilities include managing work estimation and ensuring the effective implementation of Databricks-based data solutions.

Job Title: Databricks Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10+ Years
- 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with a focus on Databricks.
- Programming expertise on python, SQL, Spark
- Some experience with capital markets / investment management clients
- Good experience on databricks - dealing with data pipelines, medallion architecture, Lakehouse, genie, unity catalog & processing of large volumes
- Good knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, SCD approaches etc
- Good communication skills
- Experience of leading client projects, teams/pods, estimating work etc
This is an SODC requirement
Candidate should reside within daily commutable distance of BLR office and willing to work full time from office
