We are hiring a QA Analyst to validate API calls using Postman, test CMS publishing flows, verify metadata and asset delivery, and run manual regression plans after releases. In this role, you will write clear bug reports in Jira, maintain test cases in TestRail, and work closely with our Dev team to ensure seamless quality across web and mobile experiences.

What would your day look like?
- Execute and validate API calls using Postman, checking responses, payload structures, and status codes to isolate issues.
- Test content publishing flows, metadata accuracy, and asset delivery within CMS workflows.
- Run regression test plans following software releases to confirm existing features and functionality remain intact.
- Write detailed, reproducible bug reports in Jira with precise steps, environment details, logs, and screenshots.
- Build and maintain comprehensive test case libraries in TestRail as product features update and evolve.
- Collaborate continuously with the engineering team, providing regular status updates and attending scheduled syncs.
What do you need to succeed?
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs, HTTP/HTTPS methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, PATCH), and status codes.
- Hands-on experience with API testing client tools such as Postman, as well as reviewing JSON and XML payloads.
- Practical familiarity with CMS publishing workflows, bug reporting in Jira, and cross-browser testing methods.
- Experience creating and maintaining structured test cases within test management tools like TestRail.
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL to validate backend data along with general troubleshooting skills to review backend logs.
- Basic understanding of AWS core services (S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch) and how they fit into modern application architecture.

- Clear Written Communication: Ability to write clear, unambiguous bug reports, technical documentation, and asynchronous updates.

- Self-Organization: High degree of self-management to track progress, structure daily work, and meet delivery deadlines independently.
- Adaptability: Capability to manage multiple ticket requests, re-prioritize tasks rapidly, and communicate progress effectively as priorities shift.
