Position Title: Senior Graphic Designer Type: Full-Time Reporting to: Creative Director Function/Department: Marketing & Corporate Communications

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing all graphic design assets for the company's internal marketing department. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, and designing website and social media graphics. The Senior Graphic Designer will also work with other members of the marketing team to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage graphic design assets for the company's internal marketing department.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including creating concepts, designing materials, and managing production.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and website and social media graphics.
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, AEC visualization, and presentation techniques.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferably in the construction industry or a marketing-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and impactful designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Knowledge of digital media and web design principles, including responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Strong design capabilities and the ability to apply design concepts consistent with STOBG's brand identity.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to effectively balance priorities, multi-task, and effective time management skills.

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000

Compensation: In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
