The Role: Jr. Project Manager - ASCO

What will you do?

  • Demonstrated Complete and strong ASCO Process knowledge ( Order entry, order management, submittals, Sales Allowances, Credit, etc.) for a particular national account assigned.
  • Coordinates closely with project managers, direct account managers, Field service, planners, application engineers, credit analyst, and shipping department
  • Demonstrated a strong sense of urgency and quick thinking to support the fast pace work environment for National Accounts
  • Responsible for managing PM related project tools : BIM, SPS,Compass etc
  • Knowledgeable with account specific submittals (ATS and TCP)
  • Knowledgeable with TEX reports, Cashflow reports, account Invoicing and BO process, and able to generate and manage A2S (Authority to ship ) reports.
  • Attends PM meetings with specific account stake holders

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • With at least 12 months related experience in a customer service & project management environment ( customer service/ order management/ project engineer)
  • Experience in Inside Sales is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills ( verbal and written )
  • Organizational skills required for carrying out his/her daily duties particularly in terms of time and priorities.
  • Close attention to detail, follow-up, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and experience in data entry
  • Excellent written and oral communication capabilities using US English
  • Has great knowledge of the Order Management and Expedites System.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup during US business hours in BGC Taguig.
