Senior Project Manager (d/f/m)

Position

Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Senior Project Manager (d/f/m).

Your Tasks

• Leading and managing projects independently throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Acting as the trusted day-to-day contact and advisor for clients across ongoing projects.
• Coordinating collaboration between strategy, creative, production, media and external partners.
• Planning and managing timelines, budgets, scopes and resource allocation across multiple projects and teams.
• Organizing and facilitating briefings, status meetings, workshops and alignment sessions.
• Monitoring project quality, efficiency, profitability and delivery standards throughout all phases of execution.
• Overseeing production processes and ensuring smooth and timely delivery across all relevant channels.
• Supporting pitches, proposal development and new business opportunities.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows, briefing structures, templates and internal processes.
• Supporting and mentoring Junior Project Managers and interns. 

About You

• You have extensive experience managing integrated projects within an agency or communications environment.
• You are a reliable and confident interface between clients, strategy, creative, production and external partners.
• You understand brands, audiences and business goals and know how to translate them into efficient and high-quality project execution.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong organizational skills and maintain clarity even in dynamic environments.
• You confidently handle budgets, scopes, timelines, resource planning and profitability tracking.
• You understand creative processes and know how to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary and creative teams.
• You are able to structure and communicate complex topics clearly, convincingly and with confidence.
• You are fluent in German and English.
