We're recruiting a Data Analyst for one of our clients, a globally recognized e-commerce organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple
systems and platforms, including QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, and Excel trackers
- Own and maintain compliance data reporting, including Page 0
regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve
discrepancies between systems
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and
actionable insights for stakeholders
- Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and
define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives
- Support evidence-based decision-making through timely and
accurate reporting
- Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking for
leadership development programs, such as SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate, using systems such as iCIMS
- Effectively utilize and manage data tools and platforms,
including Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, iCIMS, or equivalent systems
- Support the development and optimization of data workflows
and operational processes
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science,
Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, and
reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or
event coordination
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with
excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight,
Power BI, or Tableau
- Knowledge of HRIS or learning management systems such as
iCIMS or Cornerstone
- Experience with process automation or workflow optimization
using tools such as VBA, Python, or SQL
- Prior experience in corporate Learning & Development
(L&D), HR, or operations environment
- Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration
tools
