About the Role:

Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a talented Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Englewood, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, driving reliability, scalability, and performance across our cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on AWS and GCP cloud platforms
  • Develop and implement observability strategies including monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing
  • Write and maintain automation scripts and tooling using Python to streamline operations and deployments
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery workflows
  • Conduct incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to improve system reliability
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and enforce SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and security best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS and/or GCP cloud services and architecture
  • Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, reliability-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams
