Head Treasury Performance and Risk Analytics

Join the Treasury Performance and Risk Analytics team and help to shape a scalable data landscape that supports analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled decision-making. In this role, you will build robust data foundations, improve data transparency and quality, and enable consistent, trusted information across systems and processes.
You will work closely with Treasury, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, integrating data across platforms and ensuring it is fit for operational, analytical, and risk management purposes.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable cross-system data architectures, models, and integration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into robust data structures, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and integration logic.
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines, APIs, and automated data processing workflows.
- Integrate and harmonize data from multiple systems to create consistent and reusable information layers.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, lineage, traceability, monitoring, and auditability.
- Advance automation and ongoing improvement initiatives, with data foundations designed to support AI use cases, including LLMs.
- Define and maintain metadata, reference-data logic, business keys, historization, versioning, and structural processing rules required for controlled and scalable data management.
Your Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant practical experience in data engineering within complex, business-critical environments, with strong hands-on capabilities in SQL, Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and APIs.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, systems integration, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cross-system architecture, source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, virtual machines and integration technologies such as SAP CPI.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled architecture and LLM integration.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems such as ION and SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage.
