Senior Manager, Product Manager, Multi-User Experiences

About the Team

Capital One’s Customer Data Product team is building a data destination of platforms, products, and processes that is well-managed and easy to govern, and where data is easy to find, understand, and use to enable real-time intelligent experiences. We excel in building, and supporting adoption of, scalable data tools and products as we build towards a modern, real-time, data environment.

The Customer Data Product team was created to serve the unique needs of how customer data is created, managed and leveraged throughout our banking experiences. These include the underpinning capabilities that enable multi-user experiences such as caring for children or elderly parents as well as unlocking capabilities that protect our customers from fraudulent activity and create quicker access to their funds in moments that matter. As a Senior Manager Product

Manager, you’ll be focused on enabling these new experiences through investment in our backend architecture, data ecosystem and connecting new services throughout the Bank to unlock limitless relationship possibilities. You’ll be joining a passionate team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to redefine how customers interact with their money.

Basic Qualifications:

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Philadelphia, PA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
