Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and possess at least 3 years of experience in system administration. Proficiency with Windows and Linux enterprise servers, along with experience in data center operations, is required.

Full description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain physical and virtual server environments.

• Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability of systems and services.

• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access controls.

• Manage storage solutions and capacity planning activities.

• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.

• Deploy security patches, software updates, and release packages.

• Coordinate with hardware, software, and service vendors for support and issue resolution.

• Support data center operations, including hardware installation, maintenance, and monitoring.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application-related incidents.

• Ensure compliance with security, operational, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be based or willing to work in Bugo, Cagayan De Oro in Misamis Oriental

• Bachelor's degree in any IT related course.

• 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with experience in Windows and Linux enterprise servers.

• Have experience in Data Center operations.
