Working within dynamic, cross-skilled Agile squads, you'll help deliver solutions that transform how ANZ engages with its customers.

In this role, you'll act as the critical link between business and technology - translating ideas into actionable outcomes. You'll collaborate with a diverse mix of stakeholders, applying exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and drive success. Your experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments will help you navigate a range of deliverables with confidence.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams, using effective communication, active listening, and influence to ensure alignment, shared understanding, and successful outcomes.
  • Document business processes, rules, requirements, benefits, dependencies, and risks for SCFE-related initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, actively participate in backlog grooming, options analysis, and benefits realisation.
  • Produce high-quality detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories; liaise with Agile Delivery Leads to ensure end-to-end delivery by technical teams.
  • Collaborate with squads and other business areas to define and document success metrics and acceptance criteria for functional, non-functional, technical, and integration requirements.
