Job Description

  • Manage cybersecurity product portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, and Distributors
  • Coordinate with Principals on programs, certifications, and product updates
  • Support sales teams with pre-sales activities, solution design, and technical consultations
  • Familiar with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends in cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (Indonesian and English)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity Product Management, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001, and UU PDP.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust, Data Security, and Application Security concepts.
  • Familiar with cybersecurity solutions such as Firewall, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM, and PAM.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales cycles, RFP/RFI processes, and product demonstrations.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
