Our client is a leading technological company, seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

  • Take responsibility for the on-site deployment, installation, debugging, configuration, system launch, and acceptance of network security products, including SIEM, NDR, EDR, Firewalls, Sandbox, and related security solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Complete the installation, debugging, policy configuration, and optimization of security devices based on customer requirements and established technical solutions.
  • Participate in functional testing, compatibility testing, and on-site environment verification prior to product delivery to ensure system stability and readiness for operation.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, respond to technical issues arising during product operation, and handle troubleshooting and emergency incidents in a timely manner.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the technical architecture and implementation details of the company’s products and independently troubleshoot software and system issues on site.
  • Provide users with technical guidance during product use and respond to product-related technical questions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in deploying and integrating cybersecurity products such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, Firewalls, Sandbox, or similar solutions is required.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing and switching technologies, including OSPF, BGP, VLAN, VPN, and related network technologies.
  • Familiarity with the configuration and troubleshooting of network devices from major vendors such as Huawei, H3C, Cisco, Ruijie, or equivalent vendors.
  • Good knowledge of Linux system administration and the ability to write Shell or Python scripts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues and use packet capture and analysis tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Networking, Communications, Network Security, or a related field.
  • More than one year of experience in the implementation and delivery of network or cybersecurity products.
  • Strong customer communication skills, teamwork, documentation capability, sense of responsibility, adaptability under project pressure, self-motivation, and continuous learning ability.
  • Willingness to travel for short-term business assignments and the ability to independently handle urgent on-site technical incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity operations, particularly candidates who have worked in a Security Operations Center and are familiar with 24/7 security monitoring and alarm analysis processes.
  • Experience with Managed Security Services, defensive drills, or cybersecurity defense operations.
  • Experience in offensive security or penetration testing, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, or internal network penetration.
  • Experience independently handling emergency incidents involving network security intrusions.
  • Participation in mainstream cybersecurity competitions with recognized rankings.
  • Experience in security auditing and risk assessment, together with knowledge of cybersecurity system construction standards and compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Professional certifications in security or networking, such as HCIA-Security, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CCNP/CCIE, CRTP, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience developing cybersecurity tools or contributing to widely recognized open-source security projects.
