Job Requirements Phenom is looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager to join our Big Bets team — a high-visibility group driving company-level strategic initiatives at the intersection of engineering, product, and business. This is a foundational role for someone with a strong technical grounding and a premium management education who wants to build a career running large-scale engineering programs from day one.
What You'll Do
- Partner with engineering leadership to structure, plan, and drive execution of cross-functional technical initiatives
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical roadmaps and execution plans
- Own program-level metrics, timelines, and risk tracking across multiple engineering teams
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders without formal authority
- Build frameworks, dashboards, and processes to bring scale and predictability to fast-moving initiatives
What We're Looking For
- B.Tech in Computer Science (or closely related engineering discipline) from a recognized institute
- MBA from a premium institute (IIM / ISB / equivalent tier-1 program)
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability; comfort with ambiguity
- Evidence of driving something end-to-end — a project, internship, venture, or initiative — with multiple stakeholders
- Working familiarity with technical concepts (APIs, cloud platforms, SDLC) even without hands-on coding in a professional role
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders
