Job Title: Business Analyst

Summary:

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence across the organization’s design, project delivery, construction, and facilities management functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for transforming complex business and project data into actionable insights that enhance performance, support growth, and optimize profitability. By analyzing financial and operational metrics, monitoring key initiatives, and identifying improvement opportunities, the Business Analyst ensures the organization remains agile, data-driven, and competitive. The role combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to support executive leadership in shaping the company’s future direction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and financial data across design, construction, and facilities management projects to deliver insights that inform business performance and strategy.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to support executive decision-making.
  • Support the CEO in evaluating strategic initiatives, business opportunities, and investment proposals through comprehensive business briefs, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor ongoing project performance to identify risks, delays, and cost overruns, providing data-driven recommendations to improve planning and delivery.
  • Assist in developing business plans, financial forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards to guide organizational planning and accountability.
  • Evaluate internal processes across operations and project delivery to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Conduct market and industry research on trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the design, construction, and facilities management sectors.
  • Provide analytical and research support for CEO-led initiatives, executive meetings, and strategic discussions, including preparation of presentation materials and executive summaries.
