About the Role

You will take on a key project management role in an innovation-driven environment within food technology and product development. In this role, you will lead several technical development initiatives in parallel and help turn ideas into successful deliveries with the right balance of scope, quality, timeline, and business value.

You will work closely with product management, engineering teams, and decision-makers across the organization. The role suits you if you enjoy creating structure in complex technical settings, building momentum across functions, and making sure risks and dependencies are handled early. It is an exciting opportunity to influence both project outcomes and the way technical development is managed in a mature, international environment.

Job Description

• You will lead and manage multiple technical development projects through a structured Product Creation Process.
• You will drive delivery in line with agreed scope, quality expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering teams, and other key stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
• You will provide clear project status updates, reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to governance and decision-making forums.
• You will identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early and turn them into actionable plans.
• You will contribute to improving project management methodologies, tools, and best practices in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within food technology, engineering, product development, or related industries.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to lead projects across diverse technical domains, such as Separation, Mixing, Automation and Platform Development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships across functions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A structured and proactive approach, combined with strong drive, ownership, and resilience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A drug test needs to be performed before assignment starts.

Nice to have

• Experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• PMI certification (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
