This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, commercially minded and involved from initial planning through to final handover. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across a growing network of locations, working closely with franchise partners, landlords, contractors, designers and internal stakeholders.

The Role

As Property Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from concept and planning through to construction, fit-out and completion.

You’ll oversee multiple projects across different locations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality, safety and brand standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end property development, refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Creating and managing project plans, budgets, programmes and timelines
  • Coordinating contractors, designers, engineers, suppliers and other external partners
  • Managing tender processes, contractor appointments and commercial negotiations
  • Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance
  • Identifying and resolving project issues, risks and programme delays
  • Monitoring project expenditure and identifying opportunities to control costs
  • Ensuring all works comply with relevant health & safety, building and statutory requirements
  • Managing inspections, snagging, defects and final handovers
  • Providing clear project reporting, dashboards and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting franchise partners throughout the property development process
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed design and brand standards

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Property / Construction Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You’ll ideally have experience within construction, retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness or another multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of design, construction and fit-out.

You’ll be someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and confident managing budgets and costs
  • Comfortable managing contractors and negotiating with suppliers
  • A strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels
  • Confident visiting sites and getting involved in the detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and projects across different locations
  • Proactive, practical and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working with franchisees, landlords and external stakeholders
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to keep projects moving when challenges arise

Experience working within a franchise or multi-site environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Why This Role?

This is a great opportunity to join an organisation with an ambitious property programme, where you’ll have real ownership and visibility across a diverse portfolio of projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence how projects are delivered, build strong relationships with key partners and make a tangible impact on the development and growth of the wider estate.
