Construction Project Coordinator – Residential Construction

D&D Home Remodeling is a growing Design & Build company specializing in high-end residential remodeling, including full-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and ADUs throughout the Bay Area.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support our Operations Manager and construction team with the day-to-day coordination of multiple active projects.

This position combines field coordination, project organization, subcontractor follow-up, scheduling, materials tracking, and communication between the office and job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager with the coordination of multiple residential construction projects
  • Visit active job sites and track project progress
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and deliveries
  • Follow up with subcontractors regarding schedules, incomplete work, and corrections
  • Help maintain project schedules and upcoming construction activities
  • Confirm that materials are ordered and available before each phase of work
  • Track deliveries and missing materials
  • Take and organize job-site photos and project updates
  • Update project management systems, schedules, notes, and task lists
  • Assist with inspections and subcontractor appointments
  • Help prepare and manage project punch lists
  • Monitor job-site cleanliness, organization, and overall progress
  • Identify delays, missing items, or potential problems and communicate them immediately
  • Coordinate communication between the office, Operations Manager, field team, and subcontractors
  • Help ensure projects follow company procedures and quality standards

Previous experience in construction, remodeling, project coordination, or a related field preferred

Basic understanding of residential construction and remodeling

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and proactive

Comfortable working in both the field and office

Comfortable using project management software and mobile applications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to travel between job sites throughout the Bay Area

English required

Spanish is a plus
