Operations Systems Analyst

Purpose:

  • Valkyrie Enterprises, and its subsidiaries, have an immediate need for an Operations Systems Analyst in a key support role at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA.

Job Description:

  • Perform integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems - SLQ32 (V6/V7) variants.    
  • Develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.    

Qualifications:

  • Must have a BA and  at least 8 years experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems OR High School or equivalent and at least 9 years with military or technical IT related training/certification courses.
  • In lieu of degree military certifications and background will be considered.
  • Must have experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Must have threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
  • Must have Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities.
  •  Must have Systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&E.
  • Must have experience with JCIDs process 5000 series.
  • Must have experience with System variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V).
  • Must have experience with Agile methodology.
  • Must have the ability to organize, lead, and host large meetings, workshops, or conferences.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Prefer at least 8 years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.

Security Requirements:

  • Must have an Active Secret clearance and the ability to maintain a clearance. 

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel-less than 10%.
  • If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:

  • Requirements consistent with office/administrative work.
