  • Integration & Project Execution: Coordinate and execute small-to-midsize platform integration projects (e.g., third-party tools, REST/SOAP APIs), reducing manual work and ensuring complete, timely deliverables.
  • Operational Problem Solving & UAT: Lead root cause analysis for operational incidents, implement durable fixes, organize user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure consistent data interpretation.
  • Documentation & Team Support: Develop technical tools and documentation to expedite partner onboarding, improve product serviceability with Engineering, and advocate for the customer experience across projects.

What you'll need

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, technical requirements gathering, project management, and business process optimization.
  • Core Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate large datasets, paired with coding skills in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python).
  • Web & API Literacy: Working experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP) and understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Structured Communication & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and adapt plans proactively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-Functional & Offshore Coordination: Experience coordinating project work across cross-functional teams and collaborating with offshore development teams (including flexibility to support extended hours for India time zone alignment).
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Analysis, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

What's good to have

  • Advanced Data Skills: Prior experience with Python data analysis packages, advanced business intelligence tools (Sisense, PowerBI, SQL Server), or data modeling.
