Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Social (Digital Strategy Team) to help manage our Social business channel and be part of our ambitious team! What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product slot vision and strategy within ou Social business
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement product initiatives.
- Conduct market research to determine customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prioritize features and improvements to deliver world-class user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, build, and marketing teams to ensure flawless product launches.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data.
- Build and present compelling product proposals to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
- Drive product adoption through effective communication and training.
- Analyze and report on important data to measure product success.
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with 5+ years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
