Build the IT infrastructure that powers millions of deliveries. As a Deployment Support Engineer, you'll independently lead multi-site launches, create scalable mechanisms adopted across regions, and own end-to-end delivery from design to handover.

Key job responsibilities Deliver IT infrastructure for site launches, retrofits, and lifecycle upgrades across regional locations. リージョン内複数拠点の立ち上げ・改修・ライフサイクルUGのITインフラを推進。

Install, configure, and validate network equipment, workstations, and OT on-site. ネットワーク機器・OTの設置・設定・検証を現地実施。

Create scalable deployment mechanisms (runbooks, automation, templates) adoptable across regions. 他リージョン展開可能な仕組み（ランブック・自動化・テンプレート）を構築。

Manage vendors ensuring quality, schedule, and safety compliance. ベンダー管理（品質・スケジュール・安全確保）。

Troubleshoot difficult IT problems without SOPs; identify root causes and resolve or escalate. SOPなしでIT問題を解決、根本原因特定・エスカレーション。

Own project documentation: progress reports, as-builts, lessons learned. プロジェクトドキュメント（進捗・完成図書・レッスンラーンド）管理。

Build automation using scripting to reduce manual effort and increase consistency. スクリプトで自動化構築、手作業削減・一貫性向上。

Mentor junior engineers; provide peer feedback for promotions. 後輩エンジニア育成、昇格フィードバック提供。

A day in the life A typical day on-site: coordinating vendors, commissioning equipment, validating cabling, and resolving technical blockers. Mornings start with standups alongside Construction and Operations. Afternoons involve updating trackers, mentoring engineers, and documenting lessons learned. On office days, you plan upcoming deployments, build scalable mechanisms, and align with regional peers remotely. Stakeholders: Operations, Construction, Facilities, Field IT. Customers: site teams needing reliable IT from Day 1.

About the team Team delivers IT infrastructure for Amazon's fulfilment network — site launches, lifecycle upgrades, and retrofits. We partner with construction, facilities, and field IT at the intersection of technology and operations. Some days are on-site; others in-office planning with regional peers.

Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience - 3+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience - 4+ years of technical support experience - 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience - Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent - Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience in similar environments - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (JLPT N3+)

Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of supporting a windows server environment experience - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions, or experience with project management
