The position is based at our headquarters in Einbeck, Germany, but requires a high degree of mobility to support external project stakeholders worldwide.

We offer you a permanent full-time position with diverse responsibilities and plenty of scope for independent decision-making in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities – Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:

  • Manage and coordinate national and international construction projects from initial project idea through to commissioning
  • Take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality management throughout all project phases.
  • Manage and coordinate external planners, specialist engineers, general contractors and other project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and security requirements
  • Prepare decision papers, project reports and management reports
  • Support investment planning, tendering processes, contract awards, and contract management activities
  • Provide technical and organizational support to international KWS sites

Your Profile – Where Expertise Meets Personality:

  • Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field; alternatively, a qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician combined with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in planning and managing industrial, administrative or infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of project management as well as contract management and tendering processes
  • Confident and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders, combined with excellent communication skills
  • Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Enthusiasm for projects in an intercultural working environment and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)

What you can look forward to:

  • Interesting and varied tasks and projects in an international environment with opportunities for further development
  • As a family-run company, we live by the values of closeness, reliability, vision and independence — a culture, which is also lived in practice, e.g. through an open and friendly working atmosphere
  • According to the motto: "Make yourself grow!" we promote individual professional and personal development
  • We create the appropriate framework conditions for you: Capital-forming benefits, company pension plan, Christmas and vacation bonus, childcare allowance, job bicycle etc.
