Overview

The Senior Product Designer (Outerwear) manages the end-to-end development lifecycle for assigned categories, ensuring product is delivered on time, on cost, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and creative professional with experience in Women’s & Men’s outerwear and a strong understanding of the lifestyle market. This role will play a key part in the seasonal development process, from concept through production. It will operate across both DTC and Wholesale channels, balancing collaborative development with brand teams and speed-driven execution for COE-led wholesale assortments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product development from concept through production readiness• Create and maintain tech packs, BOMs (including sketches, construction notes, and fabric/trim details) in PLM, CAD’s & Line Sheets • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production and Technical Design to ensure cohesive execution from concept to final product.• Manage library of fabrics, trims, artwork/graphics and CADs• Collaborate with Sourcing to achieve cost and margin targets• Track development timelines• Drive value engineering to optimize cost, quality, and speed• Support additional projects and initiatives as needed to advance the design team’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in apparel product development and design• MUST have proficient knowledge of PDM/PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and understanding of 3D Clo • Strong knowledge of garment construction and materials• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and consistent follow-through.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.• Highly self-motivated, proactive, reliable, detailed & solution oriented, own the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistency and high quality work on time.
