TwoWay · Paris, Ile-de-France, France
Financial Services · 2-10 employees
About the role
You will bridge the gap between user needs and the technical team by managing the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. This includes defining requirements, iterating on designs with users, and prioritizing the product roadmap.
What they look for
Requirements
Candidates should be finishing a Grande École degree with a focus on financial mathematics or quantitative finance. You must possess strong analytical skills and a curiosity for solving complex problems in the financial domain.
Benefits
Full description
TwoWay builds a real-time trading intelligence platform for institutional traders. Founded in 2024 and based in Paris, TwoWay transforms the real-time flow of broker communications into structured market intelligence for front-office traders across FX, Fixed Income, and derivatives. Deployed at leading tier 1 and tier 2 financial institutions across Europe.
We're at seed stage, a small team, and moving fast.
About the role:
This is TwoWay's first product hire. You'll work directly with the CEO, not inside a PM team, not supporting a roadmap someone else owns. You'll be embedded in the product from day one, with direct exposure to clients.
Your job is to bridge the world of our users (traders across FX, fixed income, rates, and derivatives) with the product we're building and our tech team (CTO, head of data, and senior developers).
Tasks
You follow product development from discovery to spec, design, and testing, to client delivery and support, staying close to the client post-launch and iterating until the job is actually done.
- Participate in discovery sessions with traders at client banks: understanding their workflows, pain points, and what good looks like for them
- Define clear product requirements for core platform capabilities
- Iterate on the platform design with the users and the design lead
- Test the app alongside the tech team, contributing to quality benchmarks and helping decide when outputs are ready to ship
- Work on roadmap prioritization: what we build next, and why
Requirements
You'd be a great fit if you
- Combine engineering and finance backgrounds: You're finishing a Grande École (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, ENSAE, or equivalent) and completing or having completed an M2 in financial mathematics or quantitative finance
- Are curious. You have already learned the basics at school or in a previous internship, but most importantly, you are keen to keep learning, ask questions, and get deep into the topics you’ll get to work on.
- Are analytical: You love tackling complex problems, decomposing them into smaller pieces, and finding practical solutions.
