Job Title: Product Manager Location: Onsite, Washington DC Work authorization: US Citizen
Role Summary Owns the DNA P product vision, roadmap, and functional delivery across SAFER, PULSE, and VAPER. Translates DOE/NNSA requirements into platform features, dashboards, workflows, AI tools, and data interfaces. Ensures usability, performance, and alignment with mission needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for SAFER, PULSE, VAPER, and future use case development.
- Lead design and delivery of 600+ user interfaces, including dashboards, forms, analytics tools, object views, and search engines.
- Coordinate with SMEs to recreate all priority data connections, integrations, and visualizations.
- Oversee development of AI features, including RAG tools, OCR, voice to text, image recognition, and secure LLM integration.
- Ensure platform supports daily data refresh, structured/unstructured ingestion, metadata search, and natural language extraction.
- Manage role based permissions, row/column level access, guest access infrastructure, and OneID integration.
- Work with developers to maintain UI/UX consistency under the Configuration Management and Change Control Plan.
- Support citizen developers and ensure availability of developer licenses (up to 200).
- Lead creation of user guides, training materials, data crosswalks, AI prompt explanations, and platform demonstrations.
- Track and prioritize user issues, feature requests, and platform enhancements.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human Centered Design, or related field.
Professional Experience
- Must have security clearance
- 5–10+ years in product management for cloud platforms, data analytics systems, or enterprise applications.
- Experience delivering dashboards, workflows, and data driven tools at scale.
- Experience with Spark, BI tools, and large scale data ingestion preferred.
