Skills & Experience

Required · 5+ years Systems Analysis experience · Healthcare experience, preferably with a payer · Experience working in an agile environment and closely collaborating with scum masters · Experience producing complex technical documentation including demonstrated ability to create: o Functional design documents o System flows and diagrams o Data mapping documents · Strong SQL proficiency · Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities Preferred · Understanding of bi directional data exchange, digital healthcare transactions, and CMS mandates o Experience working with or integrating Epic · Knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, and service oriented architectures · Experience with FHIR, HL7, IGs, and broader clinical data exchange  · Exposure to technical environments such as: o AWS, OpenShift, Aurora o Java/Quarkus microservices o API first architectures.
