Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX, USA Reports To: Global Financial Planning Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Group financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role partners with leaders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights, drive decision-making, and improve reporting processes and tools.

What You'll Do

1. Global Financial Reporting & Business Performance

Serve as a key contributor to ECOM's global financial reporting and performance management processes, supporting business leaders across regions and commodity platforms.

  • Lead monthly management reporting and performance analysis for global stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with finance and business teams across multiple countries to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.

2. Global Planning, Forecasting & Strategic Analysis

Support enterprise-wide planning activities and provide insights that help drive informed business decisions.

  • Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across global business units.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations to support strategic initiatives.
  • Consolidate and review business forecasts, ensuring alignment of assumptions and key performance drivers.
  • Support capital expenditure planning and other business growth initiatives.

3. Finance Transformation & Process Excellence

Help advance ECOM's global finance capabilities through process improvement, automation, and enhanced reporting solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting and planning activities.
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and the implementation of planning and business intelligence tools.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical solutions that improve visibility into business performance.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the global finance organization.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, controlling, audit, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional finance or accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Power BI, OneStream, PAX, or similar reporting and planning tools.
