Full description

The Position

Join our team as a Senior Systems Analyst, where you will be responsible for the Operational Excellence of a group of systems/applications, performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system compliant with BI standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Compliance documentation
  • Coordination and scheduling of backup/recovery and disaster recovery testing
  • Service Level Agreement Monitoring
  • Access & Identity Monitoring
  • Coordinating (but not performing) server and database patches
  • Audit trail monitoring
  • Small enhancements/configuration changes to software
  • Coordinating software management
  • Interfacing /coordinating with multiple areas of the business and IT (Functional areas & Infrastructure)
  • Collecting and processing demands from business users
  • Performing Incident and Problem Management
  • Performing Change management
  • Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate, replace, migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure items
  • Decommissioning or retiring systems
  • Coordinating System Archiving

About our future employee

  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable professional experience.
  • At least two years of experience working as a System Lead or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge/experience with SuccessFactors Time Off
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid technological or process changes and understand their business impact.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
