Full description

Job Responsibilities

  • Design products and establish a practical product framework to drive the growth of the financial leasing business and group automobile sales.
  • Formulate marketing and promotion plans for products to facilitate business development.
  • Monitor data for all released products; promptly identify data anomalies and implement targeted adjustments to ensure product profitability.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.
  • Fulfill product launch tasks assigned by leadership on schedule.
  • Timely adjust products based on competitor and industry intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Majors in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields are preferred.
  • Possess market resources in the vehicle retail sector; demonstrate strong career drive, sense of responsibility, innovative spirit, and high execution efficiency.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant product experience; experience in retail or financial leasing products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, execution ability, professional dedication, and teamwork spirit.
  • Language Required: Advanced English. Mandarin is a plus.
