Challenges that await you:

  • Own release lifecycle: maintain charts, manage safe rollouts (blue/green/canary), ensure frequent, reliable releases, ensure valid scaling for services and optimize resources
  • Build and evolve GitLab CI/CD for build, test, security scans, and progressive delivery; speed up and harden pipelines
  • Maintain and improve end‑to‑end observability (monitoring, alerting, tracing)

  • Support team-level infrastructure requests like: migrations, connectivity schemas, 3rd‑party tools integration, load testing

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years in SRE/DevOps or production engineering for web services
  • Understanding of the principles of multi-component system architecture and ability to apply them in practice (load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance etc.)
  • Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm
  • GitLab CI/CD expertise: pipelines, templates, secrets handling, containerization
  • Observability: Prometheus/VM and ELK, build useful dashboards and alerts, familiarity with RED/USE and Four Golden Signals
  • SLI/SLO thinking and error budgets, on-call, incident response, and running effective RCAs
  • Basic experience with databases, key-value stores, and Kafka; strong knowledge is a plus
  • Scripting skills: Bash/Python

  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

  • Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
  • Healthcare Coverage
  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
  • Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
