Qualifications

About YouYou’re interested in a customer-facing technical career and enjoy explaining technology as well as working with it. You’re curious, willing to learn and keen to help customers solve practical problems. You’ll likely have:

  • Ideally, you’ll bring around 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support or another technical role, such as integration, systems engineering or solutions engineering. We also welcome candidates who demonstrate practical technical ability through placements, academic or personal projects, alongside strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous pre-sales experience is not essential.
  • Clear communication: you can explain technical ideas, listen carefully and ask useful questions. Customer or partner experience is welcome, but enthusiasm and aptitude matter.
  • A practical technical foundation, with exposure to areas such as video or imaging, cloud, GPUs, XR, AI/ML, networking or SaaS. You don’t need experience across all these areas; technical curiosity and the ability to learn matter more than specialist knowledge.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach: investigate problems, ask for guidance when needed and follow through on agreed tasks.

If you enjoy explaining technology as much as working with it, and want to grow into a trusted technical adviser helping customers apply V-Nova’s solutions across these varied environments, we’d like to hear from you.
