As part of the Private Labels team, you will be responsible for development and end-to-end execution of our in-house fashion collections.

What will your challenge be?

End-to-End Ownership: You’ll lead the full product lifecycle for our own-brand collections, turning "blank pages" into wardrobe essentials for thousands of customers.

Trend Synthesis: You will translate complex fashion trends into commercial reality, ensuring our Private Labels are always ahead of the curve.

Data-Backed Design: You’ll dive deep into KPIs and market analytics to steer collection performance and identify the "next big thing."

Global Coordination: You will be the strategic link between global manufacturers and our internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Studio) to ensure seamless execution.

Quality Guardianship: From concept meetings to final fittings, you’ll be the gatekeeper of the "perfect fit" and superior quality.

What will make you succeed?

  • A degree in Textile Management, Technology, or Business (or something just as relevant).
  • A "sixth sense" for fashion trends paired with expert knowledge of fabrics and cuts.
  • The ability to turn data into insights through analysis, reporting, and project management.
  • Confidence in negotiation and a personality that thrives on communication.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (bonus points if you’re familiar with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign).
  • The flexibility for occasional travel to stay connected with the industry.
