Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of VinFast mobile applications

on Android using Kotlin.

• Build clean, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code following best

practices, design patterns, and modern Android architecture principles.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA,

and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and

continuous improvement of the mobile development process.

• Optimize application performance, stability, security, and user experience

across different Android devices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

• Contribute ideas and creative solutions to improve the product, development

workflow, and engineering quality.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,

Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: From 3+ years of experience in Android native application

development. + Good written and verbal communication skills in English. + Young, proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about mobile technologies. + Creative thinking, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to explore new ideas. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Android native development using Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern Android

app architecture.

• Experience with MVVM/Clean Architecture or similar architectural patterns.

• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming in Android using Kotlin

Coroutines and Flow.

• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, and

maintainability.

• Ability to write readable, reusable, and testable code.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with iOS native / React / React Native development is a plus.

• Experience in developing applications for smartwatches or other wearable

devices is a plus.

• Experience working with IoT devices is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

• Experience publishing or maintaining apps on Google Play.

• Knowledge of unit testing, UI testing, and mobile app security best

practices.

• Previous experience working on automotive, smart mobility, or large-scale

consumer applications is an advantage.
