We are looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys working with data from multiple divisions and translating their skills and analytical thinking into data-driven insights to support business operations, making them more effective and productive.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve KPI dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor business performance.
  • Extract, process, and analyze data using SQL and Python to support data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and funnel analysis to evaluate user behavior, conversion, and retention.
  • Perform trend analysis, period-over-period comparisons, and data segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and operational teams.
  • Handle ad-hoc analyses to support various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure metric consistency, data accuracy, and reliable reporting standards.
  • Present analysis results through intuitive visualizations and reports that are easy for non-technical audiences to understand.

What We’re Looking For

  • ±2 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of SQL (basic to intermediate) including JOINs, CTEs, aggregations, and date handling.
  • Familiar with data warehouses such as BigQuery, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with cohort analysis and funnel analysis.
  • Proficient in Python for data analysis (pandas and basic data manipulation).
  • Experience using BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).
  • Good understanding of key business metrics (active users, GMV, conversion rate, retention).
  • Able to communicate insights clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
