JAKKS Pacific, inc is seeking a data-driven and creative E-Commerce Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brands across major retail marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart & Target, as well as direct-to-consumer channels. This role supports the E-Commerce and Marketing teams through graphic design, digital content development, photo editing, limited product photography, product artwork and product launch materials. The primary focus of this role is to help the consumer instantly understand graphically why they need the item.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create digital graphics for main listings, landing pages, infographics, A+ Content & Brand Stores for Walmart, Target & Amazon
  • Work within an established design guideline, aspect ratios and file requirements
  • Enhance product photography with high-end photo compositing, color correction and image retouching
  • Translate product features, specifications, positioning and technical information into clear and visually compelling graphics in collaboration with Product Development and Marketing teams
  • Apply strict layout, typography and color standards across all channels
  • Create and maintain reusable templates that improve consistency and speed across recurring ecommerce and product-content requests
  • Support digital marketing by designing static and motion banners for Amazon Sponsored Ads and social media
  • Modify designs based on A/B test results and conversion rate optimization metrics
  • Responsible for all aspects of e-comm graphic design from planning to publishing
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross functional teams
  • Stay current on industry trends

Required Skills:

  • 3+ Years in graphic design specifically for e-commerce or consumer products brands
  • Proven history designing graphics for Amazon, Walmart or Target
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
  • Experience utilizing generative AI tools
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and conversion-centric layout
  • Bonus skills include basic motion design or 3D rendering

  • Compensation: JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary. Compensation for this role commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $75,000 - $90,000.
