You will work closely with engineering to secure AI agent workflows and help build security practices that support a regulated banking environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build and improve application security tooling, processes, and secure software development practices that fit into engineers' day-to-day work.

  • Lead incident response and turn incidents into lasting security improvements.
  • Support compliance and customer trust efforts, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and bank security requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Four to eight years of application security experience, including hands-on product security work in a fast-growing environment.
  • A technical bachelor's degree and strong software security fundamentals.
  • Recent experience with secure code review, threat modeling, penetration testing, or security tooling used by engineering teams.
  • An individual contributor who primarily performs hands-on security work, rather than a manager or a specialist focused mainly on IT, GRC, network, cloud-only, or security operations.
  • Experience in fintech or regulated B2B software is valuable, as is ownership of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 work.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, AWS or GCP, secure SDLC, IAM, cloud security, and AI or LLM security.
