Summary: As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining an organization's structure and workflows to understand how its business model aligns with technological systems. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs, and envisioning improved future processes or solutions. The position demands extensive research and the ability to gather and integrate diverse information sources to support informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives. - Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D. - Good To Have Skills: Business Process Modeling, Life Sciences Industry. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience in gathering, synthesizing, and documenting business requirements clearly and comprehensively. - Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
