You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your domain, becoming the go-to expert on customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Identify meaningful customer and business problems, understand their root causes, and shape improvements that drive user and business outcomes.
  • Use data to analyze user behavior, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
  • Maintain clear product documentation and ensure important knowledge, decisions, and learnings are accessible within your domain.
  • Contribute to roadmap and prioritization decisions in alignment with strategic goals, taking increasing ownership as you grow.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other functions to shape and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly across teams to drive alignment on problems, decisions, and priorities.
  • Use experiments, research, prototypes, and data analysis to validate assumptions.
  • Define, measure, and track success metrics to evaluate the impact of new features and iterations.

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative or technical field from a top university
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in product, analytics, engineering, consulting, growth, strategy or another analytical environment, ideally in marketplaces or consumer tech.
  • A strong sense of ownership, taking initiative when the path forward is unclear.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and use evidence to reach conclusions.
  • Strong customer curiosity and a desire to understand the drivers behind behavior and feedback.
  • Comfort with data and metrics. SQL is a plus; willingness to learn it is expected.
  • Comfort using AI tools to research, analyze, prototype or automate work, while knowing when outputs need verification.
  • Technical curiosity and an interest in understanding how products and systems work. Coding is not required.
  • High learning velocity, curiosity, and willingness to change your mind when evidence challenges your assumptions.
