About the Role

Bohler’s [City, State] office is seeking a Civil Project Manager (Land Development) who’s ready to lead complex civil engineering site design projects from concept through construction. In this client-facing role, you’ll oversee every stage of land development and site/civil design, guiding teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. You’ll build strong relationships with developers, architects, and municipalities while ensuring projects meet technical, financial, and regulatory goals, helping turn ambitious visions into successful, sustainable developments.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in civil/site design, land development, or permitting.
  • 2+ years of experience managing staff or project teams.
  • Strong technical background in grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
  • Proven success in project management, client relationship building, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
