Software Engineer - Python, GenAI

Scope:

• Contribute small features, bug fixes, and test cases under guidance from experienced team members. Focus on writing clean, maintainable code, performing small refactorings, seeking help when needed, and avoiding unnecessary complexity or premature optimization.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deploy cloud-native services on modern platform infrastructure.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and performance optimization practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams in Agile development environments.

What we are looking for: 

• 2-4 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience using Python.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience working with SQL and database technologies.
• AI / GenAI

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building production-ready GenAI applications.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.
• Exposure to Agentic AI workflows and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of enterprise integration and transformation platforms.
• Knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, transportation, or retail domains.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with EDI standards and enterprise data exchange technologies.
