IT Procurement Project Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

· Coordinating and managing IT procurement projects for Software, SaaS, Hardware and IT services across the EUROAPOTHECA Group.

· Supporting the end-to-end procurement process, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, commercial evaluation and contracting.

· Working closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify suitable technology and commercial solutions.

· Negotiating and helping achieve the best balance between cost, quality and business requirements.

· Coordinating contract alignment and signing processes.

· Coordinating the onboarding of newly procured solutions and helping ensure they are successfully delivered as services to Group companies.

· Managing agreements for IT services provided by EUROAPOTHECA to Group companies.

· Supporting internal service pricing and cost allocation activities together with IT and Finance stakeholders.

· Managing software license assets.

We are looking for a colleague who:

· Has 2–4 years of experience in IT Procurement, IT vendor management, IT sales or a similar role.

· Has experience working within the IT industry and understanding of key IT technologies.

· Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Is comfortable working with suppliers, negotiating, understanding technical details, managing both large and small procurement initiatives, preparing procurement requirements and aligning contracts.

· Demonstrates analytical thinking and attention to detail.

· Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Is proactive, organized and willing to take ownership of assigned activities.

· Is comfortable working in both English and Lithuanian.

· Salary range for this position is 2800 - 4400 eur gross per month. Depending on your competencies and experience, we are open to discussing a different salary
