About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer to own complex product areas from discovery to delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to turn technical access and security workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the UX and UI of new and existing product areas.
  • Design complex flows across our ZSP and JIT access management product.
  • Lead discovery, user research, usability testing, and design iterations that are data driven.
  • Meet global customers regularly to discover pains and test experiences and designs.
  • Be a key player in the SCRUM process, getting pixel perfect designs ready for upcoming sprints with clear instructions for engineers.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Analysts.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Apono Design System.
  • Master AI tools that generate vibe-coded prototypes on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
  • Experience designing B2B products.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent UX and UI skills.
  • Experience simplifying complex, data-intensive workflows.
  • Ability to independently lead the full design process.
  • Strong Figma and design system skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tools is a plus.
