Project Manager / PMO (100% Remote – LATAM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager / PMO to join an international team and oversee technology projects, acting as a key communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

The position is ideal for professionals with strong project management experience who are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for someone capable of bringing structure to complex projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, proactively identifying risks and blockers, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly and on time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate technology projects from planning through completion.

• Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients, project stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.

• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and action items across multiple stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and address risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays.

• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reporting.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment around expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Maintain strong follow-up and accountability across teams and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or similar roles, preferably within technology or software development environments.

• Strong project organization, planning, and time-management skills.

• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1), with the ability to communicate confidently with clients, teammates, technical leads, and international stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong follow-up and accountability skills.

• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams across different time zones.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

 

About the Position:

· Full-time 100% remote role. Contractor Mode.

· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time).
