Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to support the delivery of corporate interior fit-out and construction projects in Querétaro. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Currently resides in Querétaro, Mexico.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience delivering corporate interior fit-out, workplace, commercial, or construction projects.
  • Client-facing experience and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities throughout planning, design, construction, and close-out.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
  • Support stakeholder communication and project meetings.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Review project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Support quality control activities during construction.
  • Review contractor progress and payment applications.
  • Assist with commissioning and project handover activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI/PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with LEED projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.
