Key Responsibilities• Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
  • Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.

Technical Exposure

  • Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Location & Availability

  • Available to work onsite in the UAE for the full 4-month duration.
  • Available to start by the last week of February.
